No two days look quite the same for Jarrod at ORS. Some days include getting out to see people; others bring office meetings, debriefs and report writing.

We're celebrating some big steps forward across our Sydney and Central Coast OT team. Congratulations to Ali Thomson and Arwa Munawwar on stepping into Team Leader roles, to Isabelle Poole, Lauren McNulty and Allanah Seary on becoming Senior Occupational Therapists, and to Jessie Gordon on taking on the role of NSW State Manager. 🎉
Behind every one of these moments is years of hands on work with the families and participants who trust our team, plus a lot of learning, supervision and support along the way. We're proud of what it means for the people we work with, having experienced, well supported clinicians in their corner.

Darcy’s story is one of determination, growing confidence and the people supporting him along the way.
Working with ORS clinician John Sneddon, Darcy has focused on areas including communication, social skills, independence and everyday routines, with his family also playing an important role in his support.
John has seen Darcy become more confident in his mobility, while Darcy says he feels “heaps more confident now” than he did a few years ago.

At the ORS WA Careers Expo 2026, we created a space where job seekers could meet employers face-to-face, ask questions and start conversations about what might come next.
One candidate told us:
