👋A BIG ORS welcome to Dr Nicolette Soler, our new Team Leader - Occupational Therapy (Clinical Lead- Paediatrics).
With a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine and Allied health from the University of Sydney, Nicolette bring over 20 years of clinical experience in various clinical settings.
In addition to Nicolette’s clinical work, she is actively involved in supporting honours students through the University of Sydney to complete their honours research studies to better understand the implications of pain in children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders.

🎊This week at ORS we celebrated #HarmonyWeek at all sites across Australia.💙💚💛🧡❤💜
🌏ORS has over 120 multi-lingual staff members speaking over 50 different languages. So it’s very important for us to celebrate our cultural diversity as we are committed to fostering a culture where everyone can truly belong.
🥟In true ORS fashion, we celebrated with a ‘taste of harmony’ and a ‘taste of ORS’ with staff preparing a meal based on their cultural heritage to share with their fellow team members.
🙏Thank you to all our wonderful ORS cooks who shared their culture and diversity with us.

💥WOW, what an auspicious day yesterday was for ORS’ 30 year history – the opening of our new Gosford site!💥
🧁ORS cupcakes, a buzz of excitement, tours for our support coordinators and clients, delicious bites, a visit from our Executive Chairman Peter Scott, and a special guest appearance by the Mayor of the Central Coast Lawrie Mckinna to officially open our new site!
📍 Our new location will now allow us to offer an even larger allied health service to our invaluable participants in your area.
