ORS is excited to announce that we have been awarded 12 Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) specialist mental health contracts, delivering services across 15 sites in New South Wales, Western Australia, the ACT, and Victoria.
With over 30 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries, and mental health conditions through government-funded employment programs and workplace rehabilitation, ORS brings deep expertise and a strong track record of achieving meaningful outcomes.
Our IEA services will be underpinned by the internationally recognised Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model—the most evidence-based approach for helping people with severe and persistent mental illness gain and sustain employment. ORS has long-standing expertise in IPS, with Dr Geoffrey Waghorn (Learning and Development Manager) and Dr Vanessa Parletta (CEO) contributing to numerous peer-reviewed publications in Australia and internationally on the model’s effectiveness, including with participants in Disability Employment Services.
We will also continue to support participants through Finding and Keeping a Job under the NDIS, helping individuals across Australia achieve employment that aligns with their strengths and aspirations.
