Cassandra currently manages NDIS Funding within ORS. She liaises with internal and external stakeholders in all NDIS funding matters. Cassandra has had extensive experience across multiple roles within ORS including employment consultant, site manager, and regional manager. Cassandra's focus has always been on the customer, and she can generate ideas to improve performance and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and generating feedback loops for continuous improvement, her supportive nature and drive have encouraged staff and customers to develop skills and achieve their goals, throughout her career.
