He has experience supporting individuals across a range of ages and abilities, including those living with complex mental health conditions, psychosocial and intellectual disabilities, as well as autism spectrum disorder and physical disabilities. Charlie is committed to delivering person-centred, evidence-based supports that recognise each individual’s strengths, preferences, and goals. He takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes and improved quality of life. Drawing on his practical experience in frontline support and coordination, Charlie brings a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
