About Me
Charlotte is a positive behaviour support practitioner at ORS. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with a major in Child and Family. She offers person-centred behavioural support across a broad client base, with particular experience supporting children, adolescents and older adults. Charlotte provides assessment, behaviour support planning and implementation in office, home and school settings, working collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams. She uses strengths-based, person-centred approaches and evidence-informed strategies to reduce challenging behaviours, build functional skills and improve quality of life. Charlotte is skilled in conducting functional behaviour assessments, developing practical support plans and training carers and support workers to apply consistent, compassionate strategies. Driven by a long-standing interest in mental health and in helping people reach their full potential with the right resources, Charlotte is motivated to assist in any way she can to make someone’s day easier. Clients and referrers can expect a professional who prioritises respectful engagement, individualised supports, and clear communication; is committed to ongoing professional development; and promotes safety, autonomy, and participation.
