About Me

Chloe Cosgrove is a passionate Provisional Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) from Monash University, and a Master of Professional Psychology from the University of New England, completed in 2025. Chloe has developed strong foundational skills through her intensive simulated master’s placement and her previous experience on the client care team at a private psychology practice. She is committed to providing person-centred, evidence-based support to individuals with disability, focusing on improving behavioural outcomes, mental health, and overall quality of life. Guided by the ethical standards of the Psychology Board of Australia and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, Chloe actively engages in supervision and professional development to deliver best-practice care. She values collaboration and empowerment, working closely with NDIS participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote autonomy and wellbeing.
