About Me
Elijah graduated with a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Speech Pathology from Curtin University. Elijah is passionate about working with adolescents and adults, with prior experience as a support worker with people across the lifespan — supporting children with autism, adults with intellectual disability, and older adults living with Parkinson’s. Furthermore, Elijah also enjoys working with gender-affirming clients, drawing on his experiences during student placements. These hands-on experiences shape his pragmatic, strengths-based approach to intervention and a deep appreciation for how small, achievable goals translate into meaningful change for clients and families. Nothing brings Elijah greater satisfaction than seeing therapy positively impact a client’s daily life. Born and raised in Singapore, Elijah brings a multicultural perspective to clinical practice and is fluent in English and Mandarin. This cultural and linguistic background enhances his ability to build rapport, deliver culturally responsive care and communicate effectively with diverse clients and their support networks.
