Issabella is a passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who is in her final semester of study for a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), APAC-accredited. Issabella has previously worked as a Disability Support Worker, caring for clients of all ages. Issabella spent most of her time with neurodivergent paediatrics, where she found her passion for disability services. Over the years, she has embraced a neuro-affirming, client-centred approach to her work, prioritising her clients' voices in the care she provided. Issabella has a strong passion for developmental psychology and applies it in her work to understand developmental disabilities and their impact on quality of life. She strives to apply this knowledge to give her clients greater autonomy and support, helping them grow and achieve their goals.
