About Me
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business) from RMIT University and has diverse experience spanning sales, recruitment, and mental health employment programmes. He began his career in sales of health, safety, and noise services across various sectors before moving into recruitment focused on engineering consultancy and civil infrastructure. This foundation provided valuable insight into business operations and hiring practices. After relocating to the UK, Jamie specialised in supporting people with severe mental illness into sustainable employment by delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model within NHS Community Mental Health Teams. Most recently, he led the WorkWell programme in Enfield, London—a UK Government pilot scheme providing early intervention health and employment support—managing a team and developing strong partnerships to exceed targets and expand referral pathways. Jamie is skilled at embedding safeguarding and promoting wellbeing within teams to support recovery and inclusion. Now returning to Melbourne, Jamie's passionate about ensuring everyone has the opportunity to find meaningful employment and create long-term sustainable change. Jamie employs a client-centred approach and has a proven track record of exceeding programme targets and developing innovative engagement strategies. He also mentors colleagues, leads initiatives, and actively contributes to diversity and inclusion efforts. Combining recruitment, sales, and frontline mental health expertise, Jamie connects with people at all levels to drive collaborative, outcomes-focused solutions that improve lives.
