About Me

Jess is currently completing her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and brings experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in community, educational, and therapeutic settings. Jess has previously worked with young children as a private tutor and ABA therapist, supported adolescents experiencing homelessness and complex trauma, and worked within schools as a School Learning Support Officer, supporting students with special learning needs. She has also helped adults in community settings through homelessness services and as an accredited Lifeline Crisis Supporter. Jess is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others by making them feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve meaningful outcomes in their everyday lives. Jess is dedicated to delivering person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed support, and values building genuine relationships grounded in safety, trust, collaboration, dignity and respect. She utilises high-quality and evidence-based approaches that promotes inclusion, participation and independence, as she believes every individual deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and enriched life. She enjoys working alongside clients, families, and their support network to create positive change. Jess is known for bringing warmth, empathy, and a positive attitude into her work, and genuinely loves what she does.
