Jessica is a dedicated Speech Pathologist who holds a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Psychology from the Australian National University. Her academic background, together with early career experience in HR within the banking sector, has refined her interpersonal and organisational skills. Jessica has a strong commitment to person-centred care and is motivated to support clients to achieve meaningful communication outcomes that improve participation and quality of life. Her clinical interests include early language intervention, neurodiversity, forensics, aphasia and dysphagia management. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jessica is also fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Tagalog. Her multicultural background enhances rapport-building and enables culturally responsive assessment and intervention, improving communication with clients and their families and strengthening collaboration with diverse support networks.
