Kye has experience in Software Development and IT Helpdesk Support, receiving a Bachelor of Information Technology - Systems Development degree with Distinction in 2022. Having worked as part of a team of a mixture of software developers and IT support engineers, Kye has been able to work across both fields and contribute to the maintenance, development, and support of internal web applications, desktop hardware, and software support/management. Kye is passionate about the ever-evolving technologies of web applications, particularly the growing trends in various new technologies such as artificial intelligence and new web application frameworks utilising cloud-based technologies to enhance user experience further and enhance data collection/reporting for stakeholders.
