Kylie is an early childhood education and care professional with over 30 years’ experience across teaching, service leadership, and workforce development. She holds an Honours degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Australia and an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management. A trained early childhood teacher, Kylie has worked as a key worker and as manager of early childhood and school‑age care services in South Australia, New South Wales, and the ACT. She has extensive knowledge of developmental stages and learning styles, is committed to quality support and intervention, and has delivered vocational training to Certificate III and Diploma students. Kylie will be working as an Early Childhood Support / Positive Behaviour Support practitioner and looks forward to empowering children and families to achieve their goals. She is passionate about child‑centred, inclusive practice and committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
