About Me
With over three years of experience in school-based education support, Lieze specialises in working with individuals with diverse learning and behavioural needs. She excels at building respectful, trusting relationships and implementing inclusive, person-centred strategies that promote engagement, safety, and wellbeing. Lieze adopts a calm, empathetic, and consistent approach, working collaboratively with families and professionals to deliver effective supports. As an active Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioner, Lieze is dedicated to understanding behaviour within the context of each individual’s environment, history, and strengths. Her professional interests focus on ethical, trauma-informed practice, proactive behaviour support, and strengths-based approaches that uphold dignity, autonomy, and quality of life. She further enriches her practice through specialised training in mental health, neurodiversity-informed practice, and communication supports for people living with disabilities. Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Interior Design, Lieze brings a unique perspective on how physical environments impact behaviour and emotional regulation. She is driven by advocacy and reflective practice, committed to delivering compassionate, values-driven PBS that centres the voice, goals, and lived experience of every individual.
