She has worked with individuals presenting a broad spectrum of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dementia, Acquired Brain Injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, Global Developmental Delay, Schizophrenia, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Lubna is skilled in designing and delivering evidence-based behaviour support interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs, circumstances, and goals. She has successfully reduced high-risk and challenging behaviours, particularly aggression, through proactive strategies, therapeutic support, and consistent collaboration with families, support workers, school staff, and allied health professionals. Her person-centred approach, combined with her strong background in psychology and education, allows her to create meaningful, measurable outcomes for the people she supports.
