About Me
Luke is an experienced and dedicated Registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Report Reviewer at ORS, committed to delivering ethical and practical behavioural support. By providing in-depth, multidisciplinary behavioural formulation, Luke develops tailored intervention plans and personalised implementation training that consistently reduce the risk of harm and establish sustainable behaviour support frameworks that are both functional and practical. His work also supports participants in rebuilding family relationships, safely engaging with community and social groups, and maintaining strong support networks. A key focus for Luke is the safe reduction of Restrictive Practices (RRPs) across various contexts, promoting growth towards greater independence, self-esteem, and long-term empowerment. In addition to his clinical work, Luke is co-producing research on the mental health service experiences of young transgender and gender-diverse people in rural and regional Australia, reflecting his dedication to inclusive and evidence-based practice. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychological Science and Social Science (majoring in Criminology with a minor in Social Policy), with an additional background in Law, Psychopharmacology, Trauma, Developmental Psychology, and professional advocacy, which inform his multidisciplinary approach to behaviour support and research.
