About Me
Monika graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Psychology and is currently undertaking a Master of Mental Health at Edith Cowan University. She has developed practical experience in both clinical and administrative settings, having worked as a Client Relationship Officer at a private psychology practice where she supported client engagement, appointment coordination and practice operations. Monika is particularly interested in supporting children but is committed to working with clients across the lifespan. Passionate about a holistic approach to mental health, Monika integrates psychological, social and family-centred perspectives into her work. She remains actively involved in community service through ongoing volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Charities, contributing at both the residence and the children’s hospital, roles that have strengthened her skills in compassionate communication, crisis support and family advocacy. Her achievements include successful program support and improved client pathways within the private practice, alongside sustained volunteer leadership. Her 10 years of experience in customer service enhance her ability to build rapport, manage challenging conversations, and deliver responsive, client-centred support in clinical and community settings.
