About Me
Natalie is the Regional Manager of Behaviour Support at the Coburg office, bringing a strong passion for working with young children and youth facing behavioural challenges. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, Natalie is deeply motivated to enhance the quality of life for the participants she is supporting through compassionate and evidence-based interventions. With extensive experience as an ABA therapist working with children aged 2 to 8 years with autism, Natalie has developed specialised skills in implementing a diverse range of person-centred, evidence-based strategies aimed at improving emotion regulation. Her foundational work as a family support specialist, assisting low-income, high-risk families with children under 3 years old, has further enriched her understanding of holistic support approaches within complex social contexts. Beyond her professional roles, Natalie has dedicated time volunteering at youth outlet centres and camps for children and adults with disabilities, reinforcing her commitment to community engagement and inclusive support. In addition to direct client work, Natalie is passionate about managing and training new behaviour support practitioners. She is committed to mentoring emerging professionals to achieve their full potential, cultivating skilled practitioners who deliver high-quality support and positive outcomes for participants. Through a blend of practical experience, leadership, and heartfelt dedication, Natalie aims to make a meaningful impact in the field of behaviour support.
