Renee holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary) from the University of New England and brings more than 20 years’ experience in educational settings across Australia and overseas. Her background spans both teaching and managerial roles, giving her a broad, practical understanding of service delivery, program design and team leadership. Renee is passionate about supporting children and adolescents to develop autonomy and self‑awareness so they can reach their full potential. She is a committed advocate for equity and inclusivity and believes everyone has the right to achieve their goals, recognising that success looks different for each person. Renee uses a holistic, person‑centred approach—considering individual desires, strengths, challenges and growth areas—to co‑design meaningful supports that promote personal development and fulfilment.
