Roland is an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor working in the sector since 2005. He supports people with psychological, physical and cognitive impairments to achieve meaningful employment and greater independence. Roland has delivered vocational rehabilitation programs in the disability employment sector and has experience working across CTP, life insurance and workers’ compensation claims, conducting vocational and labour market assessments and coordinating return-to-work plans with claimants, insurers, employers and support networks. He recently managed a National Panel of Assessors Provider, delivering ongoing support and Supported Wage System assessments.
