Tatum started her career and her passion as an Occupational Therapist in 2017 after graduating from the University of Newcastle and since then has worked alongside children and their families to help them achieve their goals. She is an advocate for children having the same opportunities as others for achieving their goals and development despite the bumps in the road or the challenges that are presented to them. As a busy mum herself, Tatum understands the importance of making therapy work around the family's lifestyle and will work with you and your child to ensure a family centered approach that makes the goals achievable and realistic. Tatum uses a play based therapy approach in her sessions which allows the children she works with to feel comfortable, enjoy themselves and most importantly feel safe and leave the session being happy and proud of what they have achieved.
