About Me
Tiffany is a newly qualified Occupational Therapist at ORS. Her clinical experience includes two paediatric placements focused on neurodivergent children and young adults and work as a Learning Support Assistant in a High School, where she provided classroom supports, individualised adaptations and behaviour strategies in partnership with teachers and families. Tiffany practices with an empathic, neuro-affirming, trauma‑informed lens. Her clinical interests and passions include neurodivergent people, matrescence, and paediatrics. She focuses on strengths‑based, play‑centred and family‑centred interventions, functional skill development (self‑care, school readiness, classroom participation), and coaching caregivers and educators to support everyday participation. Tiffany has lived experience as a carer for an NDIS participant, which informs her empathetic, family‑centred approach and practical understanding of service navigation. She is committed to ongoing professional development in neurodiversity, trauma‑informed practice and women’s health.
