Vanessa is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), with a Master's of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. Her clinical experience spans both NSW and the NT, with particular experience in chronic disease management, aged care, malnutrition, oncology, and texture-modified diets. As a published author in the field of Disorders of Gut Brain Interaction, Vanessa is highly passionate about all aspects of gut health and strongly endorses a food-first approach. She endeavours to provide holistic, person-centred care that meaningfully navigates her clients’ challenges, wellbeing, behaviours and preferences. Vanessa is also experienced in collaborating with patients from a myriad of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She is highly motivated to work in the disability sector to help her clients progress towards their own health goals and equip them with highly tailored nutrition advice.
