NDIS Employment Supports – Finding and Keeping a Job
ORS has over 30 years of experience helping people with disabilities, injuries, and health conditions find and keep jobs that match their preferences and needs.
We are currently providing NDIS Employment Supports in the following ORS Sites – Fairfield, Gosford and Mount Waverley.

We start with you, your interests, strengths and preferences, plus any information you already have (e.g. NDIS reports, resume, school reports).
ORS will help you:
- Explore vocational options that suit you. This may involve undergoing a Vocational Assessment by one of ORS’ vocational experts.
- Try real pathways and build new skills.
- Market you to local employers, including customising or creating roles that fit you and the employer.
- Support you on the job and adjust what’s needed so your role is sustainable.
- Plan your next steps so you’re not just getting a job—you’re building a career. Where possible, we’ll also connect you with Inclusive Employment Australia providers and JobAccess supports (if you’re eligible).
